One of the most common questions I get from potential home sellers is “Why Home Staging?” Understandably, many folks don’t really understand what home staging is, and as a result, they don’t understand why it’s important or what the result is.
My friend, Laurel Miller Starks, recently posted an eye-opening visual answer to the question, and since I believe a picture (or 4) is worth more than a thousand words, I’ll let the pictures below do the talking here.
Be sure to click through each of the pics and compare them with each other, and ask yourself “If I were a home buyer, would one of these get me more excited than the other?” Then remember, getting buyers excited results in a higher sales price. Every. Single. Time.
