The strength of the real estate market in Central Oklahoma is no secret to us locals, and others around the country have taken notice too. According to CNBC.com, not only is OKC holding it’s own (#2 in the U.S.), Oklahoma’s other major metro area, Tulsa, is right up there in terms of market strength (#3).
With the consistent negative national news about real estate, it’s easy to fall into believing that home values are dropping everywhere, but according to this info, OKC has experienced a 9.4% increase in home values since 2006.
