Good post, Ryan. I'm really liking the website layout as well – very clean and professionally done!
Houses in this range have been selling in our neighborhood, but there definitely has been a slowdown. The people I know who moved to Edmond did so via relocation packages from outside of OK. Not many sales to people simply looking to move up.
Steve, thanks for the compliments. The goal is always clean, simple, and professional.
We're also seeing an influx of out-of-state buyers. I believe the economy has a few folks out there thinking about finding a lower cost-of-living and, of course, our area is one of the most affordable in the country.
Great to hear from you. Keep your comments coming!
